They came to collect the car, and brought it back afterwards. Very helpful on the phone and work was done on time. Would recommend.

They came they took away they returned, we had problems, they were very apologetic asked could they take car back yes was reply the worked again fault was due to bad part supplied all fixed independent advice sought and verified all good car was washed and returned satisfactory. All throughout garage was courteous, informal and kept me fully informed could not have asked for better service shame it was so far away from me excellent service and cost well done.

Great but they arrived 45 mins early and so had to wait. Very polite about it though

EAST MIDLANDS AUTO was horrible. Gave wrong and rubbish check report, overpriced, windscreen washer claimed fixed not working at all...... Total waste of time and money. Never use again neither website or same mechanic left me out of pocket and still looking for another mechanic to fix

Dont think I met the mechanic only the driver who picked the car up. However, when speaking to the garage over the telephone I found them knowledgeable and very accomadating.

Everything was good. I couldn't recommend any better service to don't have to worry about driving to the garage and doing the MOT.

Never used Clickmechanic before, but thought I would give it a try.
I found the whole process very efficient and far cheaper than my normal route, a dealership or a garage. Collected my car and returned it super quick.

I didn’t meet the mechanic as my car was collected from home however I asked the mechanic to check an ongoing leak (separate issue to what my car was booked in for) which he did and subsequently called me to advise on the probable cause. The booked work was carried out efficiently and at a very reasonable price compared to that price quoted by the main dealer. I was able to amend my booking to include additional work and was given a revised quote before agreeing to go ahead with this. My car was even washed before it was returned to me. Overall an excellent and very satisfactory service!
