Car was picked up and not worked on outside the house, understandable given the work required but I did not know this until the driver come to pick it up. He was friendly, unfortunately was a few hours later than the originally specified 1000-1200 because of reasons out of their control, which was fine as I had initially booked for anytime. However I had to call to get this update, the friendly chap on the phone apologised and told me he was on the way.

Friendly staff. Work seems good. CUstomer service was good. Car was also cleaned externally which was nice.
Only bad bit was they were an hour and a half late to the booked time.

Arrived at allocated time to collect our vehicle. We had regular calls with updates in the progress of work and clear explanations of what did and didn’t need doing.
Vehicle returned having been washed.
Overall very pleased with service.

fantastic service and customer care from when they picked the car up to returning it next day , MOT, service and brake replacement full straightforward communication throughout, they even washed my car before returning.
Five stars from me and will 100% use again.
