The mechanic did the job required but the quote was increased by £100 as they said more work was needed to do it. Photos were provided and I agreed to this.
Happy with this part of the experience.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, your vehicle was in for glow plug renewal, unfortunately there was a huge build up of carbon (common for these engines) as per photos, resulting in extended labor times to be able to carry out the requested works.
