Ryan the mechanic who fixed the car was great but his boss James has been sneaky and trying to rip me off.
I did ask him to give me a heads up if the repair will be way more than quoted which it did and he inly told me this once the repair was carried out. He also is trying to charge me for the pairt 199£ where the original part from Nissan was quoted for 143£ . It's daylight robbery and i will take this case to trade standards.

Thankyou for your review. The job that was quoted was for a MAF sensor . You were informed about the job that was needed for the DPF was a totally different job and part and sensor . Which in turn cost more for the job to be done correctly. The mechanic informed you of an approximate price while he was doing the job . Your car is now repaired at a very reasonable cost and all this was done at on your doorstep without you having the stress and trouble of taking your car to a garage. I did discount the job further by £60.00 for diagnostics which you have forgot to mention again . I tried to explain all this on the telephone while you were shouting at me . Thrilled with the service provided. The mechanic was on time and communicated well. He informed and showed me that my oil filter hadn't been replaced during my last service, which was done by a different mechanic I had booked through click mechanic. He also advised me that my exhaust flex will need replaced in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Mechanic Brian replaced drums & shoes on my vw up. He was a very pleasant guy & did a great job.
He arrived a little later than planned due to sourcing parts !. The job cost more than originally quoted due to the cost of the parts which he had to get from 2 different places. Still very happy with the work done. Used click mechanic before & will again.
