Honda Civic Diagnostic Inspection

Mark came out to see us, he called before to let us know when he’s be there. He was great, really knowledgeable and helpful. We were having a diagnostic test and he talked us through what was happening etc. Great service, would definitely use again. The whole process was very quick and easy and Mark was 5 star.

Honda Jazz Battery replacement (vehicles with stop/start system)

No I definitely am not happy. The car will not start today. Battery replaced yesterday when engine was 'turned over' after battery (which he had to go away for as he had wrong one or fitments or whatever for model of car, which took well over an our. The Jazz has remote fob control and push button start so presume it requires more than just new battery ie, the leads checked as agreed and reprogrammed? Margaret Thomson, Saturday 21 May 2022.

Hello Margaret. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our repair . I have checked with mark and the battery that was supplied from Euro car parts was indeed the wrong battery which was not our fault . This is why mark had to go back and get the correct battery . Mark checked the connections to battery and alternator and made sure the car would start . The job was for a battery replacement and charging system check . Which was carried out . There is no mention of a reprogramming. If you have any other questions please call . Thanks Jim .

Fiat Doblo Standard Pre-purchase Inspection

James/Jim was amazing- called me first before the pre-sales inspection just to keep me informed about when he was coming, then called the car owner to tell him informed when he was exactly arriving. The report was ready and in my inbox straight after his visit and he was then happy to chat with me about it- well after working hours. And the best- he found a technical fault with the alternator which would have cost me several hundreds of pounds to repair. This will now be paid by the seller. Many thanks for this!!! I am so glad I decided to arrange the pre-sales check-up. Money worth spent!
