Not satisfied with the work carried out.
Mechanic came to diagnose a battery drain issue and within the first 30mins he was confident that he found the problem with the deployable towbar and so unplugged it. Then in the next 30mins he changed his mind and confirmed that the battery drain was to do with a faulty wiring loom at driver door.......that proved to be incorrect as the driver door wiring loom is working fine.
I felt he was rushing the job and if he had taken abit longer and followed a process of elimination testing then perhaps my car would have been diagnosed correctly.
Anyway after paying ClickMechanic the amount they charged, the problem is still there and not diagnosed.

James arrived promptly and went about his work without fuss. He finished the job in good time and checked his work out. I’m delighted with the results and will definitely use the service again.

I have Ryan checked out a honda civic in Edinburgh everything went smoothly.
I was told a/c works just need regas,
after I drove it to Leeds
I bring it to a garage for a regas, it didn't work. Turns out ac compressor is not spinning at all.
Coolant level was a bit low.
Oil was in mid level.
Cabin filter is completely gone but I don't think it's included in the check list(not his fault).
Still happy with my purchase.

Turned up at time specified friendly and chatty explained what happened to failed part carried on and fitted new part got the vehicle back on the road promptly

They were absolutely amazing, giy was brand new. managed to fit my discs and pads before I headed off for work - will happily use them again

James was brilliant first coil was difficult but did a great job second coil not to bad but definitely recommend James for any work on my car.
