Ryan was great. Was able to identify the problem and help advise on a solution. He also went out of his way to pick up a new part and to check back later in the day to see that the issue had been resolved. Would highly recommend SAS.

Ryan - mechanic who attended - and Jim - who I believe is the manager were both very helpful. However. as it transpired they were reluctant to proceed on original request due to finding other issues in the car that they felt would be detrimental to a successful outcome - hence the work did not proceed. The downside for me was a charge of £135 which I feel is very excessive for this call out and diagnosis - especially with no work done to the car.
Unfortunately I couldn't recommend ClickMechanic to others on this basis.

He was good, informative. however the noise that Was there before is still there.
