Super mechanic- arrived on time, completely thorough, took me on the test drive and made recommendations then and there, which ultimately allowed me to negotiate hundreds of pounds of the van I was buying. I would highly recommend him!

Both were very polite and helpful as well as patient with me and answered all my questions to help me understand the technical terms of any issues raised by the pre-purchase inspection. They were also great at helping me understand in terms of cost what potential repairs might be.

Mark came out to see us, he called before to let us know when he’s be there. He was great, really knowledgeable and helpful. We were having a diagnostic test and he talked us through what was happening etc. Great service, would definitely use again. The whole process was very quick and easy and Mark was 5 star.

No I definitely am not happy. The car will not start today. Battery replaced yesterday when engine was 'turned over' after battery (which he had to go away for as he had wrong one or fitments or whatever for model of car, which took well over an our. The Jazz has remote fob control and push button start so presume it requires more than just new battery ie, the leads checked as agreed and reprogrammed? Margaret Thomson, Saturday 21 May 2022.

James/Jim was amazing- called me first before the pre-sales inspection just to keep me informed about when he was coming, then called the car owner to tell him informed when he was exactly arriving. The report was ready and in my inbox straight after his visit and he was then happy to chat with me about it- well after working hours. And the best- he found a technical fault with the alternator which would have cost me several hundreds of pounds to repair. This will now be paid by the seller. Many thanks for this!!! I am so glad I decided to arrange the pre-sales check-up. Money worth spent!
