Mechanic called in advance to say what time he would be there and arrived on schedule. Took car away to local garage and returned again when expected. He also checked some other possible problems for me and advised me what might need doing in the future. Good service and very please with the way the car was repaired.

Initially the service was not great but ince they got their heads around what to do (its a prius) then the mechanic who came 2nd was great. Got on quickly and efficiently. Charged the original quoted price with no quibble.
