Renault Scenic Timing belt coolant hose water pump

This was my first time using click mechanics as I have a car that needs specialist attention as I had water leaking from my Renault Scenic,they found me Queensway Auto Ltd who picked my car up took it to the garage and brought it back to my house when the works was finished. Every step of the way Omar was in contact with me even if there was any delays. I would definitely use them again.

Ford Puma Clutch replacement

Wassi arrived bright and early on a Saturday morning, took the car and brought it back at midday repaired. Omer kept me well informed and I am very happy with the new clutch. He told me that Ford were closed today to get the indicator light fixed, but he told me not to hesitate to call to get it fixed on Monday. Highly recommended and will be using again!

Lexus IS 220d MOT with collection & delivery

Overall a very good job. Only slight issue was that I was called and asked if they could pick up the car at 7pm; at 12pm even though 12-2pm was booked. Ended up picking it at 4pm which was ok. Also car delivered next morning; was also ok. Decent bunch, mot passed without issue.

Very knowledgable and friendly and communicative. Omar made certain to contact me to explain what was going on and the charges I would incur. The best bit!!! I didn't have to drive to the garage this itself makes it amazing, If only such a service was available earlier in the years gone by Before :)). I will happily book again when the time comes around.
