Omer was helpful enough when I spoke to him although it did take over a week for my initial job to be looked at. Initially I was told I needed a tow, then just a change of battery would do. The battery was changed as required and the van starts fine now. I did ask for a diagnostic check, which was going to be done at Omers garage (I was assured) however this did not happen (a portable diagnostic check was done which didn't show any issues), as soon as I drove the van warning lights came on. Having been to another garage there are 3 faults that require looking at. By the time I found this out it may now be too late to drive the vehicle on a holiday we have booked. This would not have been the case if the work i asked for had been carried out on time.

Quick and effective service. Recieved a call to let me know they were on the way, and picked it up fuss free.

Had a timing belt and water pump change. Took the car away at about 9.30 am, and they came back to me with my car at about 4pm.

Car was collected and service and MoT done in 3 hours and car returned. I can see the oil was nice and clean. The battery cover was left loose and the car was returned quite dirty. Although I can say everything felt nice and tight including the steering column. I would have preferred an itemised invoice as none of the other fluids appeared to have been topped up.

Very happy with polite and friendly service and being kept up to date with problems that arose during work. Can only assume the standard of work was good but have zero knowledge of engines so wouldn’t know.
