Aside from a mix up with the logistics of picking up the car (hence 4* for punctuality and was quickly sorted out), I found Queensway Autos professional, efficient and reliable.
The car was returned in very good time and in fine working order. I also had a call back about some tips on security for the car which was welcomed.
I highly recommend Queensway Autos and will use their services again.

He was great in terms of punctuality and communication.
But the work done on my car has made no improvement and I paid over 300 pounds.
I have scrapped the car now. If he told me the repairs would make no improvement I would have scrapped it straight away

Failed on. High emissions Anti roll bar linkage damaged. Head lamps need polishing.

He was polite and explained in detail the work needed to be carried out on our car for a 100% pass on the M.O.T. We were also satisfied with the end price and result of the work. Queensway Autos Ltd are very professional and I would deal with them again if needed.
