Omer was excellent. Having never used Click Mechanic for an MOT before, we didn't know what to expect but it all went very smoothly. Omer was punctual, explained what would happen and returned the car an hour earlier than expected. It was as stress-free as it could be and we would definitely use this service again.

Clutch replacement Click Mechanic quoted a competitive price, arranged for a firm to collect the car 8to 10, which they did. Said it would be returned that day. Note the man collecting the car left his - we are in a residents parking zone, luckily his car was v small so I found a spot outside our garages.
Car was returned the next day. Apparently supplier sent wrong clutch for the model. No problem with that, but the problem was not communicated to me. I rang the next morning.it was explained and car was returned.
My wife envisaged we would never see it again, and I admit to being slightly concerned.
Time will tell but the gear changes are much better..

we called you first thing to collect the car and asked if there is any free parking or should we come over by train
you kindly rang us back and told us we could park the little car round the back
we unfortunately did have some issues with the parts but eventfully found a alternative who dropped the correct clutch the very next morning
as we hade the conversation on the phone
we sent you some images of the gear box seals witch has a slight misting of oil and should be looked at
