Raul performed a pre-purchase inspection and was great. He took time to explain to me the issues and gave me indication on what would be a long term problem vs short term. He very approachable and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Raul was very nice and fitted the battery fast, and made sure the electrics in the car also worked.

Although the work hasn’t been done yet, it’s been no fault of Raul who has been fantastic throughout. Unfortunately the owner of the vehicle isn’t particularly forthcoming with regards to his availability to have Raul do the inspection. I have spoken to Raul several times and find him a gentleman & someone who goes out of his way to help.

Really informative and helpful when the arrangements didn’t go to plan. Brilliant service, would 100% use again.

Raul was really great. He contacted me before the pre-purchase vehicle inspection. He FaceTimed me as soon as he arrived and then sent videos of all the flaws he could find inside and out (here was a lot of rust, so I am using his video to get quotes to get the rust removed). He rang me again when he left the dealership and talked me through the pros and cons with the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. His report came straight through and was really thorough, containing even more photos. Can’t recommend him enough! 🙂
