Raul was very helpful, discovered a major fault in the car I was looking to purchase and gave me advice over the phone about how to diagnose if u wanted to progress. I sensed he was really interested in his work and keen to help. It was a great help having an experienced set of eyes on the car. Would definitely use Raul again.

My mechanic was Raul who delivered an A* service. Firstly, as he had an opening, he offered a same day service. Once on site, he sent lots of pictures and sent a real-time walk around, I was able to talk to him on the phone and I got a full written report. Top job.

Raul performed a thorough inspection on a used car I was purchasing. Gave me peace of mind that there should be no hidden issues that I missed. Good communication both through the report, messaging and telephone call. Would happily use this service in the future.

Car has 13 years and 40k miles, but there was no issue in report from mechanic. Car broke down within 10-15 minutes after I bought it (it happened seconds after I put gear 5 for first time), day after the inspection. It had to be recovered from motorway as it was not possible to ride it at all. It is either transmission or clutch, but that is only my guess.
I do not know whether it was possible to know this in advance, so you must judge on your own to what degree could mechanic who inspected the car warn me.
