Did not do any work. This was my first time using your site and I expected the work to be carried out at my property, not 15 miles away in Whitechapel. The customer service was appalling and I had to pay a £40 charge to cancel the booking. The mechanic did arrive late although the usability of the site was mainly at fault. I wanted to rebook the mechanic to do the work at my house, but cluck mechanic still wanted me to pay the cancellation charge.

Hi Richard sorry for the inconvenience. Although the time specified was 10:00-12:00, I did arrive at 12.10 due to traffic and did keep you updated. Again sorry for the misunderstanding with regards to not carrying out the work on site as you did specify that the car can be collected, so I preferred to do the work on a ramp. All the best
