Raul carried out a pre purchase inspection for me, and although I wasn't present I've been in touch with the guy selling the car and it sounds like he was very professional and punctual.
Raul called me after the inspection to talk me through what he had found, and he was polite and friendly, and it was obvious that he knew his stuff. Seems like a genuine down to earth guy, very happy with his service.

Raul carried out the pre purchase inspection as agreed and was able to attend earlier than planned. I did not see Raul in person but was told he did a thorough job. The report was sent through as soon as he was finished as well as a call to discuss the findings. Very good service, which gave me peace of mind which I would use again.

The job I booked for was replacing a Fiat Panda wing mirror. This is the first time that I've used ClickMechanic and I'm extremely happy with the service. Although the job was booked for the next day, we arranged that it would be more convenient for me if the job was completed as soon as he could pick up the part. Ruhul was great! Booked an inspection at 1pm. Had a booking for the following day but received a call to say that Ruhul was in the area and could inspect the car same day. By 6pm report was received along with great updates. As a bonus and we are purchasing a car 200+ miles away, Ruhul FaceTimed me and walked me around the car - great added value! Thank you!
