Rahul The mechanic I had out yesterday to change the battery on my free lander found him to be very friendly and helpful very professional. He reset all my settings on my vehicle even done a full check on the system is very good .

Audi A4 Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Carried out a pre-purchase assessment and didn't clearly tell me that there were serious issues with the gearbox which should have been visible to a good mechanic from the computer read out (which I've confirmed by showing the unintelligible (to me) output to another mechanic). Luckily the dealer took the car back and refunded me, so I am only several hundred pounds out of pocket due to paying for 1. the mechanic's full check work, 2. the car tax which is incredibly hard to claim back if you immediately refund the vehicle and 3. the cancellation fees on the car insurance.

Thank you for the comments Liam. Im not sure whether you have read the report thoroughly as i have mention clearly the issues in concern. There is also photos of the diagnostic check that i did. i also emailed you a copy of the full scan which i did. of which you will find on your report. After the inspection i called the number given on the booking request. i explained to your PA the situation which regards to the gearbox and the steering rack mentioning that you could end up spending ££££s on the steering rack alone. i also requested for you to call me when you were free so that i can explain in detail. I feel that this review is slightly unfair as im competent in my service. as seen by my previous reviews. All the best Read more

Ruhul provided me with a fantastic service, he conducted a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle for me prior to me visiting the seller. I rang Ruhul before the inspection to ask him to pay attention to specific areas which he was happy to do. He contracted after his examination where he went through the report and shortly after I received my written examination results.
