Didn’t meet Raul in person but was very polite, friendly and helpful over the phone. Quick and easy service. Extremely happy with the result and Raul gave me advice regarding buying the car which had a few minor paint issues. It was nice to have a professional opinion and would definitely recommend his services.

This is an absolute scam with zero accountability. Air-conditioning was reported as "good" but wasn't working when we picked up the vehicle the very next day. His response was that it was working fine when he tested it. That's it, there's no accountability or liability after that. He can make up any report and you just have to accept it that it was accurate when he tested it and unfortunately went wrong immediately after he tested it. Magically in 24hrs the Air-conditioning stopped working. What if any other faults were picked up by us when we took possession of the vehicle? That too was "functioning when he tested it"?! Not recommending ClickMechanic to anyone.
