EXcellent - very helpful and gave the van a good inspection. The only criticism was he said most aspects were 'good' rather than some being 'excellent' and it would have been good to be able to know if there was a distinction between the 2 categories.

Raul did a great job even cleaned around where he had worked. He kept in touch before arrival. I only gave 3 stars for punctuality but that was only because he was held up on the motorway. Could not fault him really.
