Raul's communication was excellent which was particularly important to me as I wasn't going to be at the inspection.
A brief pre-inspection phone discussion left me very confident that Raul was well aware of the common issues on the car I was considering buying.
The texted photos and phone discussion immediately after the "premium" inspection meant I was in a good position to sensibly renegotiate the price.
I'm completing the purchase tomorrow and have no reason to think that when it goes into my local garage they will find anything not identified by Raul.
All in all a remarkably good experience and well worth the equivalent of two tanks of petrol!.

Raul was excellent in the inspection he carried out, identifying a few minor issues with the vehicle I still went ahead and brought it. Nothing was to much for Raul, when I was asking numerous questions he had plenty of time for me.

Raul is an asset to your company, we were about to purchase a car and collect it this Saturday (3 days time) his inspection uncovered many faults with the car which the dealer didn’t mention. Raul was excellent and very knowledgeable about the car he was inspecting (Jaguar XF 2.2D), and provided extremely useful insights into all matters of the car before I decided to go ahead and purchase it.
