Raul was excellent. His verbal/visual report was more informative than the written one. I understand process and thoroughness - very good, but the written report product is rather anodyne, and it's not clear to me where 62/100 lies: 6 fairs and the rest good. What's the matrix for getting there. Can a 4 year old car ever get excellent?You've probably got some blurb on it, but eg if no car over 5 years old is ever going to get more than say 80, I'd like to know

Raul was very helpful. He carried out the inspection very quickly (the same day as I booked it). He provided me with a clear and concise report, and was happy to speak on the phone to go through my follow-up questions. I was slightly nervous about buying the car, as it was at a dealer which is not local to me, and is for my daughter, who is also living away from home. Raul reassured me that the car is fundamentally OK. I managed to get the garage to put right all the issues he raised, and this in itself saved me in costs rather more than Raul's charge. I would have no hesitation in recommending Raul.

Raul came out after being booked the day before to do a pre purchase inspection and helped identify some faults with the car but reassuring that overall the car was mechanically sound. Was good to have that level of assurance and after a month and several thousand miles later this couldn't be more true. Thanks again Raul.

Nissan Qashqai Battery replacement (vehicles without start/stop system)

The work carried out was exactly as needed, very quick & hassle free. This would have been a total 5 star review across the board other than the fact that the car battery was left on our drive - we have dogs & a toddler & one of the dogs had already started chewing the top of the battery (before I realised it was there). This aside, the service & communication was good.

My mechanic was Raul who delivered an A* service. Firstly, as he had an opening, he offered a same day service. Once on site, he sent lots of pictures and sent a real-time walk around, I was able to talk to him on the phone and I got a full written report. Top job.
