We are a large restoration business which has been trading for 10 years comprising of colleagues across multiple disciplines
We have a 5 ramp modern garage which is a Castrol accredited service centre and also we are part of the trust my garage scheme plus an alliance automotive member. We car carry out all garage services from basic servicing through to wet belts, engine rebuilds, air conditioning and brake repairs

They carried out additional work and charged my card without discussion or keeping evidence of the fault. I didn't get a chance to compare quotes. I'm more upset at a booking platform that would take your card details and enable such behaviour.

Good evening, we contacted you several times ( 4 to be exact) both by phone and text and also explained that the car failed its mot, we explained in the phone conversation although it was a very bad line that there would be a additional cost for 2 drop links to be replaced and fitted so we would get it re tested, we managed to get this done quickly, efficiently and cheaply for you plus even still managed to return your car the same day. If we had returned your car to you with the mot fail sheet you would have had to 1, pay for the drop links elsewhere and then travel back to us for a re test which is free only at the test centre it was carried out at or pay for us to collect it and then deliver it back afterwards which would have cost you considerably more and again you would have lost the use of your car for a second time whilst the work was carried out. We have likely saved you a considerable amount of money time and effort which has clearly backfired with us receiving a poor review for doing our best to be efficient and helpful. We do not bill you directly this is carried out by the platform so the review of our quality, communication and overall is not accut]rate nor a fair representation. We called you a further 3 times which you did not answer the call

A suggestion to avoid future dissatisfaction would be to answer the calls or messages from the engineers working on your car promptly as we really were trying to do our best for you our client
