My car was picked up on time and returned in a timely manner having had a full service and MOT

I couldn’t deal with my mechanic directly but I did deal with the reception staff on the phone. I had to get another family member to pass and reclaim the key due to my shift working. The work, new brake parts, I’m getting used to the ‘new’ feel. All good so far 😊

Kept me up to date every step and were very accommodating and understanding.

Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly, and helpful. And the work carried was as expected. They also told me when work was not necessary or worth doing. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very happy with the hassle free easy process of booking online, knowing what the cost will be, and getting the car collected and then returned fixed (and clean) later in the day. Saves the pain of getting a lift back from a garage or waiting for a courtesy car that is inevitably in short supply.

They were fantastic the van was even cleaned which a most welcome surprise

The team were absolutely legendary to work with. They picked up the car and dropped back the car in a couple of hours and the brakes feel great. Top lads. Couldn't thank them enough. Knew the car well and pointed out the issues and rectified any of my mistakes. Left the car looking clean which was a nice bonus.

Sorted the issue with my handbrake and was less than expected, can now drive home to Bournemouth tomorrow.
