I’ve had a number of CM jobs completed on two of my cars this year, this review relates to a major service, MOT and air con re-gas on a 21 plated Hyundai Kona Hybrid. The mechanic and garage allocated was Nick from Modern and Classic Garage Services. Nick attended promptly and at the agreed time. Whilst the car was on site being worked on, I received a full online inspection report with video footage provided and a phone call from Nick to confirm the findings. The system and service from this garage was of high quality and on par with high end dealerships. All work completed to my complete satisfaction, the car was returned having been cleaned - which in my book is a nice touch. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this garage in its own right. Read more

Excellent service - collected car on time for oil & filter change, kept me updated when work was complete along with updating me with what other work was advisable to be done along with the price so that I could decide whether to go ahead & with one being to change brake fluid as that hadn’t been done for a while, once I was given the total price I was happy to proceed - thank you

They carried out additional work and charged my card without discussion or keeping evidence of the fault. I didn't get a chance to compare quotes. I'm more upset at a booking platform that would take your card details and enable such behaviour.

Good evening, we contacted you several times ( 4 to be exact) both by phone and text and also explained that the car failed its mot, we explained in the phone conversation although it was a very bad line that there would be a additional cost for 2 drop links to be replaced and fitted so we would get it re tested, we managed to get this done quickly, efficiently and cheaply for you plus even still managed to return your car the same day. If we had returned your car to you with the mot fail sheet you would have had to 1, pay for the drop links elsewhere and then travel back to us for a re test which is free only at the test centre it was carried out at or pay for us to collect it and then deliver it back afterwards which would have cost you considerably more and again you would have lost the use of your car for a second time whilst the work was carried out.
We have likely saved you a considerable amount of money time and effort which has clearly backfired with us receiving a poor review for doing our best to be efficient and helpful. We do not bill you directly this is carried out by the platform so the review of our quality, communication and overall is not accut]rate nor a fair representation. We called you a further 3 times which you did not answer the call

A suggestion to avoid future dissatisfaction would be to answer the calls or messages from the engineers working on your car promptly as we really were trying to do our best for you our client
