He was very friendly and he knew his job. He diagnosed my fault very quickly. He gave me great advice. This is my first time using click mechanic. I will definitely use them again if need be and I will tell my friends just in case they break down.

Ben was friendly and knowledgeable and identified the problem with the brakes.

I wasn't at home but I saw on the cameras that he didn't come proper time,but i paid extra for slot between 12:00-14:00.Came 14:50.Finish job around 3pm.But didn't contact me, and I still didn't know whats wrong with my car until I call him by my self. He report with diagnostic pictures at 9pm. Job took 10 min but to inform me all day.
