Ben was a friendly, affable chap but due to late delivery of tyres, he then told me that he couldn’t make the first date arranged of Sat 8th. We then went for Sat 17th at 0900. At 0945 Ben phones and stated he couldn’t get to me until 1300. We had arranged to go out at 1230 so as I was desperate to have the work done, we arranged to leave the keys somewhere for him to access the vehicle. The work was done, then later on Ben phoned to advise me of an issue with one of the brake callipers that he managed to free up and advised to keep an eye on it for now. I thanked him for the advise. Around 2 hours later I noticed another £43. 62 had been taken from my account. I was not made aware of this but then received an invoice via email shortly after. I am happy with the work but the missed appointment, late notifications and extra charges are making me wary of using these next time. So Iam borderline for another order. Read more

Ben was very good. Arrived on time, completed a diagnostic and explained what the problem was. Unfortunately he could not fix it. I had hoped that this consultation would then result in a suggested garage to fix the problem, but this doesn't seem to be in the "ClickMechanic" remit, which is a shame. Not exactly back to square on, but i still have to try and source a garage to fix the problem.
This is no reflection on Ben, who was excellent throughout.
