Ben was extremely professional and detailed in his report. He called prior to the inspection to clarify a few things and then called at the end of the inspection for a detailed breakdown of his findings. Andrew was great, comminicated the delays on waiting on delivery of the brake pads and plates. Which meant he was unable to fix my car in the time slot supplied. However, Andrew worked very late to get the job done so I am overall very happy with the service provided
