Friendly, did a great job. They did arrive slightly early but that was fine as I got home in time from work. One of the spark plugs they installed seemed to be faulty, so they had to drive ~1 hour round trip to get a new one - on a Friday evening! Thank you! Felt bad you had to stay longer.
