Dougie arrived within the allocated time frame and gave my car a full service and MOT completely contact free. It was meant to be at my work address I've recently had to start working from home again after making the booking, Dougie arrived at my home to pick up the car instead. Car was returned the same day. Dougie kept in touch the whole time and even called to suggest after care. I will definitely use Dougie again. He took the hassle out it the whole process, especially during Covid. Would highly recommend.

Mechanic was supposed to show up between 10-12 on Tuesday however I called at 12:30 after a no show and was told that "he forgot". I was told that he couldn't come round as he was busy in the garage and so he could only manage the next day. Mechanic didn't show up until 17:30 the next day (Wednesday), the service was carried out and he left. The next day (Thursday) I turn on the car and notice the check engine light was on, which it wasn't before the mechanic worked on my car. I called and asked him to come back around, he said he would pop around on his way home from work. It was 19:00 (Thursday) before he was able to come, he figured out he had turned the sensor off the day before and the car wasn't picking it up. The issue was resolved and he left.
