Dougie seemed like a nice enough guy and the standard of the work done was, as far as I can tell, good. The 1 star for communication is because not only did he not phone me with any information about the progress of my car at all, he also failed to phone me when he said he would. I kept having to chase him up to find out where my car was. In addition to this the work, which is pretty standard, took him from Friday to Monday (last year another garage did more work in 1 day) to complete. I can't figure out why it would have taken that long and it meant I was without my car for work on Monday morning. Finally, I noticed that between the car failing it's MOT and passing, it had been driven 64 miles (no, that's not a typo, 64 miles). Mechanic did the job required professionally however punctuality was not very good

Dave arrived a little late due to over-run on previous job but had called me to let me know. Worked on to darkness to get job completed. Top man, good job.

Dougie found a failure in the gear lever. He said it was not a major problem, a centring issue and my brain just had to get used to drive it. But actually the problem was big, the gear lever worked too hard. Finally there was a problem with the gear selector. It had to be changed.

William was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend click mechanic

Dougie did a great job, changed my rear brakes over with ease, apparently a short snappier review isn't enough I need to write more so whats more to say, mechanic kept me informed when he would arrive, he arrived, he changed my brake pads and discs and he left. Job done, job well done
