They were friendly and did job quickly but issues was when I called they told me that they haven't got any call from ClickMechanic, it was delayed from 8AM slot to later in the day. However, they did come at 1700 and did the job on the curbs. There is a 12 month warranty as well.

Thanks for your insightful review. You did mention you were going out and needed the car to pick your kids up. When carrying out mechanically repairs at the roadside issues can occur which are out of our control and we try our best to minimise risk of no use of vehicle or delaying customers unexpectedly. Therefore we agreed to come after hours.

All the mechanics who came to do my service were fantastic and went above and beyond. They had to come back when an issue arose and were working until 10:30pm in the pouring rain.

The mechanic arrived 30 minutes after 8-10am time slot, so around 10.30am. No one, at any point communicated that they're running late, so eventually I had leave the car for them to sort our during my absence. It looks like they didn't know how to start it to read the mileage from the dashboard (I left the key in the ignition, all you needed to do is press the Start button...) There was a problem with the caliper, but no one called me to address it - they went straight to a additional job quote. I can only hope and trust that the brake pads and discs replacement has been done to a good standard, as I had no chance to see and check it yet.

Please see your click mechanic app all problems are clearly marked and pictured you left half a key with no transponder which does not activate the ignition. Your mileage is 237000 and you wore down your brakes to bare metal also noted in the app.
You called to say you was considering replacing the calliper anyway and you chose to not correspond further and leave a review. Your car is also missing wheel nuts which we have advised you off.
We have carried out a professional repair and advise you your calliper is leaking as this is a matter of safety and cannot skip around it as it’s literally a matter of life and death.
Your car is unsafe to drive as advised on the app.
We trust you will happy with the services provided and can only apologise for being 30 mins late and further apologise for any delay this may have caused you .
