The chaps were lovely. Everything’s seems fine. They were just a little late though due to a part not being in when they needed it. Slight panic stations for me though as I didn’t know where they were and you can’t ring anyone. It’s all done online but once they communicated everything was just great. 👍

They were friendly and did job quickly but issues was when I called they told me that they haven't got any call from ClickMechanic, it was delayed from 8AM slot to later in the day. However, they did come at 1700 and did the job on the curbs. There is a 12 month warranty as well.

Thanks for your insightful review. You did mention you were going out and needed the car to pick your kids up. When carrying out mechanically repairs at the roadside issues can occur which are out of our control and we try our best to minimise risk of no use of vehicle or delaying customers unexpectedly. Therefore we agreed to come after hours.

All the mechanics who came to do my service were fantastic and went above and beyond. They had to come back when an issue arose and were working until 10:30pm in the pouring rain.
