There was a delay with pick up of the car and during the repair, however this was due to the complexity of the part required and I was informed throughout the process.

The chaps were lovely. Everything’s seems fine. They were just a little late though due to a part not being in when they needed it. Slight panic stations for me though as I didn’t know where they were and you can’t ring anyone. It’s all done online but once they communicated everything was just great. 👍

Unity mechanics came in good time and told me when they were 15 minutes away, done super quick and kept up to date throughout. Highly recommend.

They were friendly and did job quickly but issues was when I called they told me that they haven't got any call from ClickMechanic, it was delayed from 8AM slot to later in the day. However, they did come at 1700 and did the job on the curbs. There is a 12 month warranty as well.

All the mechanics who came to do my service were fantastic and went above and beyond. They had to come back when an issue arose and were working until 10:30pm in the pouring rain.

Mechanic was prompt on collection and communicated throughout the day on progress. Called prior to drop off and provided me with details of repairs.
