Mechanic was friendly and apologetic, however I’m incredibly unhappy it took nearly eight hours and was returned with rain soaked back seat, muddy handprints everywhere and stinking of cigarettes

While we are glad to hear our technician was polite, the execution of this service fell completely short of the standards Unity stands for. Delivering a car late, with a rain-soaked interior, muddy marks, and the smell of smoke is entirely unacceptable. Unity maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking in or around customer vehicles, and the lack of protective covers is a serious breach of our standard operating procedures.
This matter is being escalated immediately to our workshop management team to investigate exactly how this happened and to ensure it is never repeated.
We want to make this right for you immediately.
Unity will arrange for a professional, full valet of your vehicle at a time and location that suits you best, completely at our expense, alongside a full review of your booking.

Rang to let me know they were coming. Had issues with having the wrong part through no fault of their own but dropped the car back and came back the next day at the exact time they said they would and completed the work. Couldn’t recommend more!
