Jameel was very nice and I was very happy with his part of the job. However, I was not happy that you accepted my MOT booking for a day when the testing station was closed, Friday 2 Jan. Jameel arranged to collect the car the following Monday. He did not turn up. I understand he contacted you expecting you to let me know. You obviously did not think it necessary, so not Jameel's fault. He arrived this morning and took the car for MOT. Happy with the mechanic, not with you.
