I had been due to have my MOT failed car fixed, so I could attend an important family meeting tomorrow. I messaged CM stating that I tried contacting him, but his phone number was dead, so they forwarded on a message via their site. Booking was for 12-2pm, now nearly 4pm, can't contact Adam, ClickMech seem to have closed for the day and I can't even find a contact phone number for them. Very disappointed as Adam had good reviews, might just be one of those things, but I'm left with no car now. MOT retest due in 2 days, so, I'm now hoping that at least someone will get this sorted for then!

Dan was very good. He kept me in the loop throughout the car inspection, then made sure to ring me and run down the things he checked on the car. Dan gave me a very honest review of the car I was looking to buy - the things that needed doing and what I could ask the garage to check, if they didn't already. He had a chat with the sellers about what they were going to fix on it. Very friendly, good explanation and quick service.

Was 25-30 minutes late from 12-2 time frame, when i chased was advised driver is on route but wasn’t an issue for me as i was working from home. Received the car back day later. Possible Radiator replacement and inspection paid due to overheating issues, was informed it was due to blockage/rust issues. Turned out the pump needed replacing too as still overheating once radiator was replaced. So cost additional £125.

Gordon is a wealth of information, really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the fault and organised a garage for me to go to.

I was really pleased with the repair carried out by Leanne and her father. She picked up my car on time and took pictures of the car and also the repairs carried out this was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I asked for someone that knew about soft top issues. This man just put a code reader on and said he’d need to do up to 5 hours further investigation. Kept saying that these things are expensive to fix. It’s no good having a code reader if you don’t understand what to do with the readings! I fixed it myself, it was just stuck by a bit of tree sap. Waste of money? Or was he just hoping to get hundreds more from me.? Not recommended…..
