I don’t really do reviews but the service from you guys made me give one. Jamie was great. I booked an AC diagnostic issue after being advised by halfords that there is something blocking the system and that the AC has gas. Jamie attended in my absence, he turned up early, called me took the keys from my family, not only diagnosed the issue but re-gassed the system and provided a quote for other repairs I requested. I even called him after my meeting and he was happy to explain the issue. Although it wasn’t a major issue but the fact that two trips to two different mechanics couldn’t do this! Saved me a lot of time and money to go to a garage and listen to their nonsense. I will defo be using ClickaMechanic again.

The mechanic gave me a call explaining the report and diagnosis of the car and then sent an email report promptly after which was great help.

WAS SUPPOSE TO DO AN DIAGNOSTIC ON THE MACHINE AND HIS EQUIPMENT WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD FOR THE JOB, wHY HAVE I PAYED A £99 FOR A JOB NOT DONE , HE TOLD ME THAT THE CLUTCH NEED REPLAYING HOW WOULD HE NO THAT WHEN THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST DIDNT WORK SEE HIS PHOTO, i ALREADY KNEW THER WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CLUTCH, I TOLD HIM IT WAS ALREADY SLIPPING.

Work done well and an additional part was required which meant coming back the following morning. All good. Priced above original quote and perhaps labour was expensive.

Very rude and unprofessional in was told their would be a collection or delivery a sits a clutch problem the should Have been all in price given ….. however I had to another £103 and they drive move my van home to addres when I could have done that then theirs the issue with the 3 massive scratches on the bonnet that was painted only a month ago i have supplied pictures before and after bad
