With what we can see / experience so far we are very happy with the work. Agreeing the additional works was a little awkward as it was very much trust based - video diagnosis would of been helpful. The original quote was £939.03 this then increased to £1035.99 without explanation. One of the reasons for choosing ClickMechanic was the fixed and open costs. I was also keen to include an MOT whilst you had the car, due to a backlog this was not possible as such we've had to book the car in separately for an MOT.

I don’t really do reviews but the service from you guys made me give one. Jamie was great. I booked an AC diagnostic issue after being advised by halfords that there is something blocking the system and that the AC has gas. Jamie attended in my absence, he turned up early, called me took the keys from my family, not only diagnosed the issue but re-gassed the system and provided a quote for other repairs I requested. I even called him after my meeting and he was happy to explain the issue. Although it wasn’t a major issue but the fact that two trips to two different mechanics couldn’t do this! Saved me a lot of time and money to go to a garage and listen to their nonsense. I will defo be using ClickaMechanic again.
