After initially contacting ClickMechanics I was extremely impressed by how easy the whole process was to obtain quote and book mechanic. The mechanic who arranged to fit my Cam Belt/Water Pump was Kul, Kash Auto’s Bristol. On the day of fitting, Kul arrived on time and was extremely polite, courteous - something lacking these days. From start to finish his approach to tackling the job was very professional and very careful not to the mark body work by protecting panels with covers whilst fitting parts. In this day and age, it is nice to be able to have a one to one with the mechanic, not just hand over the key, hope for the best and pay extortionately high rates. Having completed the job, Kul advised me having just fitted a new water pump, to be on the safe side and recommended checking coolant level a couple of times. Finally, I would like to give Kul and ClickMechanics 5 Stars for ease of use and being able to have a professional/polite and extremely hard-working mechanic work at your premises. This will be my first ‘go to‘ for future maintenance. Happy Customer.
