Car was picked up by a very lovely lady well in time. Was advised during the day by a very polite Mike my mechanic about the car. Very happy with the service and highly recommend Mike.

The mechanic from R and J Matt came to fix what I thought was the problem he found it wasn’t what I thought and made arrangements straight away fir the part then took my van to the garage and repaired it in record absolutely fantastic communication and showed me a picture and video of work done I recommend Matt and the garage 100%

Mechanic was very helpful very swift service 5 star Unfortunately i will not be using click mechanics agian as i found to add on admin fee to the price off works to be shocking and i think 60 pound just to book a time slot is a shocking also i have tried to make sevaral call to yourselves and kept getting disconnected bad customer service and the bombardmant of emails offering additional service is shocking Click mechanics please take a leaf out of the book ref the outstanding customer service thst gave garages please delete me from your database

The mechanic was terrific, friendly, helpful and efficient. He picked the car up, got it started and did the MOT then dropped it back again.

Great work, explained everything thoroughly. Came early as he had a cancellation.

Jamie was very prompt and efficient. He checked the work that needed doing and completed it in good time. He took the car for a drive after completing the work and also took photographs.

The mechanic, Dean, was very helpful. I've asked him to communicate with the seller and to perform the checks on my behalf. The report that Dean provided was thorough and communicated well; I have understood the main issues with the vehicle and how they can be resolved even though I have no prior experience with cars. And finally, the mechanic went an extra mile, offering to provide further advice in the future, if I need it. This booking has ended up saving me money, as the fixes were payed for by the seller, again, thanks to Dean's advice.

The lad turned up and did what it says on the tin. Unfortunately for me turned out I had a seized caliper that needed replaced. I was booked in for the following day, but give the lad his due he returned the same day with the part and got the job done, which was fine as I was getting the work done outside my work and would of had to get a taxi home and back in the morning. So I am very grateful
