Yes really friendly and knowledgeable guy, explained a lot of what he was doing and was on site for over 3 hours in the end, really thorough. Car is purring! He was an hour late, but i dont blame him for that, i think the booking planners need to allow for jobs that take longer than expected, and for travelling times, etc.

Top Car Centre LTD was very professional came on time well presented took the vehicle made the repairs and also spotted additional works which were needed. I like how I was able to track the progress and see the picture they sent of the faults. I was always kept up to date with the service from start to finish. Click mechanic isn't a service I'll be using again. I had a Mot and service booked and my car failed it's MOT. Before the Mot was finished I was sent a quote for rear brake discs and pads replacing but when the mot had finished and my car had failed it hadn't even failed on the rear brake discs and pads so I'm unsure where this information came from. The list of failings couldn't be completed that day but there was no attempt to even rectify very small work. The mechanic could have called at a local Halfords and collected 99% of what it had failed on. After my car had been returned he decided that my service would consist of filling my washer fluid and that was it. He also drove my car back all the way from the test centre with the handbrake on. The whole experience was awful and I was left with a car that wasn't road worthy.
