Lee and his apprentice were perfect! He arrived and knuckled down with the work. Very polite and friendly. He apologised for the delay in finishing late even though he still got it done half an hour earlier than what I had booked for. Cleaned up the area. I’ve driven my car across the country and back with zero problems now, car is purring like a kitten. I would definitely go with these guys again in future.

My car had been stood for several weeks. The battery had gone flat and the handbrake was stuck on. I was charged £92 for a visit lasting a few minutes. I was told that I would need new discs and pads and an appointment made for the following week. The battery wasn’t even looked at. The mechanic never showed up and I’ve heard nothing from him several weeks later. I ended up getting the AA out to the car. They informed me that I needed a new battery, which they fitted there and then and freed the brakes with a screwdriver. This is a terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d have given zero stars if that was an option.
