Darren was a breath of fresh air. Communicated days before to confirm, in a friendly and helpful manner. Called again on the day and arrived 5mins early. Discussed everything without rushing and in a manner I could understand. Finished the job in the drive and fully tested and demonstrated the repair. I can't recommend him enough. We will certainly be using him in future.

When they turned up to collect my car never said where it was going. I had to ask. They had my car a week and I had to constantly chase them to find out what was happening. Sometimes they wouldn't answer the phone and the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message

Joseph was excellent. The person selling the car commented as well on how efficient Joseph was in carrying out the vehicle inspection. We were both very satisfied with the result and I was able to purchase the car with confidence. Everything went so smoothly, Wallace was great he turned up within the allotted time and even gave me a call whilst he was on route. He was very polite and informed me what his plan of action was with the wheel bearing replacement. The job was completed under 2 hours, everything was left clean and tidy and the car is now driving like new again. Great service, would definitely recommend to friends and family.
