My Mechanic Ty wass very communicative, punctual and very informative...he told me very step and described and diagnosed my problem before carrying out the repair...got my car back on the road I just under an hour

Very friendly, approachable and a good communicator. Extremely knowledgable, expertly competent and inspired confidence that he was equal to the problem. He was thorough, explained what he was doing at every stage and I am totally satisfied with the work he carried out. I hope I have this mechanic next time I have a problem.

Chris was brilliant. He changed the dead battery in my car in minutes. I am really impressed with the service I received from ClickMechanic and from Chris.

Martin was very professional and arrived at the agreed time. Changing an alternator on a Volvo estate requires both knowledge and skill and I was very happy that he had both. On completion of the work we went through what he had done and he answered all the questions that I had. I would be pleased to use his services if something else arises with my car.

Booked in for DPF regeneration after other Click Mechanic mechanic had diagnosed this. Unfortunately he was wrong and Jason quickly confirmed DPF not at fault and found alternative problem. Didn't carry out DPF regeneration as not needed and arranged refund and just diagnostic fee. Knows what he's doing, punctual and good communication. Would recommend for more complex diagnostic and other work.

Jamie is a credit to his profession. Friendly, honest, went above and beyond to give me advice about best way to proceed after a disappointing diagnosis. I'd recommend him to anyone.

The mechanic was on time and very pleasant however i feel a more thorough check could of been done before carrying out repair and the repair didnt resolve the issue, there i still a tapping sound same as before i hoped this would be checked before leaving but it was not.

Chris checked a car I was thinking of purchasing and was very helpful. I would recommend him for anybody wanting a car checked. He communicated well and gave me good context for what he reported.
