Very happy with the service. Great communication from start to finish and quickly fixed the issue with the crankshaft pulley. Overall great service, the price was more competitive and was seen sooner than what I was offered by one of the national road side assistance companies.

Elliot had to collect parts to perform the service booked (replacement of starter motor) so was a little late but went to work straight away and he did a really good job. Very efficient as well. His tools were organised and he has a good system. After looking over the van, he was able to give some recommendations on future servicing works to be carried out - highly appreciated. Very pleased to have my wheels back on the road after a spectacular breakdown in Christmas morning, so thank you Elliot!

Steve was great and his hairy assistant adorable. Due to weather the work was delayed due to a part being delivered late but Steve communicated throughout and arrived at the alternative appointment time. He did the starter motor quickly and efficiently after ensuring that was actually needed and was friendly and kept us updated throughout.
