Nathan was excellent. He identified the problem straight away and fixed it for me. I was afraid it was going to need the automatic gearbox replaced but it turned out to be just the battery. I am so pleased to get my car back on the road. Thank goodness I found ClickMechanic otherwise I would have had to call out a rescue service to take my car to the local VW garage who wouldn’t be able to do anything with it for about a fortnight.
