Danny put the new starter motor on but it still wouldn’t start so after a electrical check told me it was the battery fuse box which I’ve now ordered I just hope he’s right

AJ was great, carried out the work efficiently and was very knowledgeable - speaking to me about what to expect and what to look out for following the repair. Would highly recommend. My score below does not reflect on my mechanic, but more the ClickMechanic booking system which I would like to provide feedback on. I was initially frustrated as I expected a mechanic on Wednesday having requested a slot on Wednesday morning. I didn't receive a confirmation within the 4 hour time stated and then on Wednesday morning received a notification that I should select more slots as availability was now low. This obviously delayed my potentially hazardous repair and could have been made explicit at the time of booking. If no one is available I shouldn't be able to select a time or if it is too short notice it should be clearly flagged up in some way.

Chris was friendly, efficient and effective. He's knowledgeable too. Top job

Ayodeji kept me updated with when he would arrive so I wasn't waiting around. He got on with the job quietly and did an excellent job of replacing my wing mirror.

Mark was brilliant. He is honest, reliable and punctual. He arrived in the time slot he advised. He only completed the necessary work and charged less than what we had been quoted elsewhere. In total he saved us about £800. We are very impressed with the work Mark completed and will definitely be using him again.

Paulo was very courteous and friendly. The job was carried our before time and, it seems, with much efficiency. I haven't tested the brakes yet, but Paulo has said that if I have any problems to not hesitate to get in touch.

Dave was great. It was a simple and useful service, my car was picked up, sorted and back within the hour. He gave me some useful insight after the car was returned and the customer service was excellent throughout.

Contacted me before the job. Arrived punctually, did the job successfully, sent me a photo of the damaged clutch and posted the keys though the letterbox as I was out. First time I have used this type of repair, booked and done in twenty four hours, local garages giving two week lead times.
