Dylan arrived on time, he came prepared with the parts that were needed for the full job and he explained very clearly what he was going to do. I don’t often leave reviews, but this was an excellent job. In particular, the fact that the repair was completed on the same day that I contacted click mechanic was a major benefit given that my local garage quoted a two week wait.

Instantly told me I needed new brake pads as well as the caliper he had come to replace, and offered to fit them while he was there as long as I could track some down, which I did. New brakes feel great. Very happy with the service provided.

Arrived on time, completed the service in a timely manner, and made me aware of what may be needed on the vehicle in the next 12 months. Excellent service as ever. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service, kept up to date by phone. Diagnosis carried out, parts ordered and then came back and repaired within a few days. As one of the parts was not required the repair was less than expected. Would highly recommend.

RIchard was knowledgeable and has diagnosed the fault and is coming back to fix it.

A very careful examination was carried out and I was also given a lot of useful advice.

Even though punctuality was out of there hands due to weather conditions, and when they got here they couldn't find anything wrong with the car the service was very good.

I honestly thought that some work would get done today as to why I called someone out . Took alot of money from me and left me with nothing no work was done was just given a report as to what what wrong at least I was expecting for my car to get fixed if there was issues with it
