Dave was very nice and explained the issue and resolved very quickly. My engine warning light was on and basically needed resetting after being triggered by O2 sensor.

Chris, from DK Autos, arrived on time, after a brief chat about the problem with my Skoda Octavia, got on with the job and fitted a new alternator. Both the guy who picked the car up and the one who dropped it of we're polite. The punctuality was not a strong point, saying there car would be back between 20-30/21-00 it was just gone 22-30 when we got it back, Communication was also poor

Absolutely delighted. I have never used this online ‘find a mechanic’ service before and was sceptical. HiQ PPM was appointed the work. Faultless service, kept fully informed of expected times etc and Patrick arrived on time. He was courteous and really friendly, took the car away and brought it back just after lunch. He explained the problem and what had been done and suggested what needed to be done if the problem occurred again. Spot on, couldn’t have asked for a more reliable service, puts other Car Repair Centres to shame. Now that I know of the services HiQ offer, eg: MOTs, Service etc I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.
