Andrew was a very capable mechanic, very polite did a good job and had excellent proactive communication with me in terms of keeping me advised about his arrival time on the day of the work. My disappointment is not about Andrew himself but the payment processing method used by ClicMechanic. It stated clearly on the website I would not be charged until the worked had been completed. This was not the case I was charged the day before the job and the work carried out was actually £100 less than the quote. Three days later I still have not been refunded, I’m not impressed with the system and misrepresentation on the website.

Great customer service, calling me straight after the inspection was carried out. I was not able to see the vehicle in person, and Zia gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

Michael was excellent, good contact after MOT (clearly describing additional work required and sourcing unusual tyre size at short notice); delighted with quality of work. Only concern was not with garage but the additional work needed to be instructed via ClickMechanic and a £55 price adjustment was added to the quote for a priority slot booking even though the car was in the garage and getting work required for the MOT. No issues with Michael and Langlands Road Garage Ltd and will be using again and again - but disappointed with the charge from ClickMechanic.
