The repair didn’t cure the issue but it had been diagnosed elsewhere so not Dan’s fault. I just need him to come back and help me sort the problem :-)

Happy with the job carried out,in the end no parts was replaced,as there was a blockage (spray nozzles didn't work),so got charged only for the labour.

Mark from Addison recovery service contacted me promptly and had collected my car within 23 hours of booking. Very professional and helpful. Car was finished within the time frame he gave me. All parts that were changed were available to view. Would definitely recommend him and will use him for any further works needed.

Zoltan was excellent and even though it rained heavily on and off completed what was a tricky job. Car now feels much better.

Terrible service. Email confirmation stated the job would take 1-2 hours, received no contact from the mechanic, had to call and was told it would 'hopefully be the end of the day'. Should have been a simple ball joint change; they somehow ended up draining the gearbox oil, and had to wait until the morning for some to be delivered. I finally got the vehicle back after almost 24 hours, after being strung along for an entire morning as to when I could expect the vehicle back, completely stuffing up my morning. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the gearbox oil. Not happy

I booked a Full service and asked if my car could be returned in time to pick up my son from nursery. I was impressed that it was back much sooner and that Dean called to let me know the update.

Outstanding, she explained everything thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. She made sure to keep in regular communication and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.
