Vasili was a legend. Called me to understand the issue, viewed the diagnostic report ahead of time and suggested the diagnosis from the garage was potentially incorrect. Switched the appointment to a diagnostic and resolved the issue with a plan to solve the issue if it returns. He saved me over £1000 on a fix that wouldn't have worked! Happy with the work Shane did, he changed my break pads and discs, as well as the break oil. I particularly liked the fact that he told me about what to expect when driving with new discs and pads and noises I'm likely to hear while they 'bed in'.
