Will was amazing and kept me in informed of everything, even when a wrong part was delivered and delayed the work. Will and Jack even went above and beyond expectations and continued to work on my vehicle on a Friday evening and still got the car back to me on the same day even though I was happy for the next morning return. Incredible service and transparency. The work done was a gasket and rear drop links. All work have been done, and upon inspection looks to be top notch and the areas look clean and sound. I would certainly recommend using Will for any works.

Bilal arrived slightly late but seemed knowledgeable and helpful, resolving an issue with the car that had occurred earlier in the week. He then conducted the service and was prompt in offering to resolve faults that obstructed a successful MoT. His communication skills were not his strongest suit however. Although he removed the towing eye left in place from the issue earlier in the week, he has not replied to my repeated requests to tell me where he put the eye-hole cover which had been left prominently inside the car but I now can't find. I'm not suggesting that he has taken it, merely that he probably put it somewhere safe and hasn't found the time to tell me where that is.

Andrew was absolutely brilliant. I bought the premium inspection as I had doubts on a car that was in Gloucester and I'm in Liverpool. With an hour of my request, Andrew confirmed and agreed to the inspection later the same day. Andrew's full and informed report confirmed my doubts as he advised that a £23k car wasn't worth £10k. Best money I've ever spent.
