Never met the mechanic in person as my car was collected. They completed an MOT with an Oil and Filter change. I happy with the work carried out and prompt service.

Was advised by clickmechanic that the work would be done within 5-7 hours, I booked it in on a Saturday morning and didn't get my car back until Monday evening. No communication after leaving several messages. Had to book a day off work, so loss of earnings and wouldn't use this service ever again. Was also told I had another issue with my clutch, but don't want to wait another 3 days so will get it done locally. Garage was an hours drive from my home and I thought the work would be done at my home address.

Omer was excellent. Having never used Click Mechanic for an MOT before, we didn't know what to expect but it all went very smoothly. Omer was punctual, explained what would happen and returned the car an hour earlier than expected. It was as stress-free as it could be and we would definitely use this service again.

The diagnosis service is a complete rip off. I paid £67 for someone to spend two minutes looking at it (which he needed my help to do anyway) before saying it needs work that doesn’t need doing. I tried to speak to the garage but he was not interested. I will be taking this further.
